Delivery & Returns

General delivery information:

We aim to dispatch your purchase as soon as we can and all non-personalised items in stock will be dispatched within 3 days. (This may increase slightly at busy times such as Christmas).

Any personalisation may take an additional 3-5 days before shipment. If you do need an item more urgently we may be able to accommodate this – please contact us at customerservice@highbird.com.

We have checked a number of delivery options, as the albums weigh 2.4 kilos we have found the most cost effective is by courier. Please be aware that your goods may need signing for on delivery.

The delivery times cover the period of time from dispatch and do not take into account the time needed to process your order or to add personalisation as indicated above.

Returns Policy

Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised.

If you wish to return any items purchased online, please follow the following steps:

1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it within 7 working days from the date you received your goods either by email to customerservice@highbird.com. Please provide full details of the order number and goods/reason for return. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).
2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
3. Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order as this will help speed up the refund process. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item.
4. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
5. Any item purchased via telephone, mail order or internet, must be returned directly to:
